Lab Guys sources laboratory chemicals, reagents, consumables and equipment from established manufacturers and qualified suppliers. Where applicable, products are supplied with relevant technical and quality documentation, which may include Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), manufacturer specifications, certificates of conformity, batch or lot information, and calibration documentation. For calibrated instruments and measurement equipment, calibration can be supported by appropriate calibration documentation and, where required, calibration performed by a competent laboratory operating within the applicable accreditation framework. Our approach supports documented product identity, quality information and traceability throughout the supply process, helping customers maintain appropriate laboratory and quality-management records.
Technical & Application Support
We provide practical technical and application support to help customers select and use laboratory products appropriately. Depending on the product and application, support may include product specifications, application notes, method guidance, operating information and access to relevant manufacturer documentation. Our technical team can assist with product- related enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp or email. Where specialist input is required, enquiries can be referred to appropriately qualified technical personnel or the relevant manufacturer. Clear technical guidance and appropriate product selection can help laboratories reduce avoidable errors, improve consistency of laboratory practice and minimize unnecessary repeat work. Final analytical performance, however, depends on the laboratory's methods, equipment, personnel, sample preparation, environmental conditions and quality-control procedures.
